When my phone got an error message of startup failed few days ago I decided to googling the net for the solutuon. Thanks God I found someone had the same problem in a forum.
Well, the solution was quite easy, hard reset the phone. But unfortunately that mean the whole phone memory would be erased and back to the default when we first bought it. Nevermind anyway, as long as I could use my phone again.
This is how I did it: press and hold together the power+call (green)+3+* buttons. Wait until you find the time setting wizard which first asking the city you live in currently (the time zone). Self explanatory then :).

Ever wonder how does faxing over e-mail work? Howstuffworks had just described it in their article.

The concept is simple — the fax machine scans a document, encodes the information and transmits it across the phone line. The fax machine on the other end of the line decodes the signal and prints a facsimile of the document.

Simply install your Symbian apps to the memory card, especially the unsigned ones. This is to avoid unwanted problems if the installation failed or the app is incompatible with your device.

Unfortunately it happened to me. Yesterday I installed a theme from Pizero.net called Wood to my Nokia E70 in the phone memory. After the installation process finished, I tried to activate it in the theme setting. Guess what happened? The phone was hung, so I decided to restart it manually by taking off the battery and replace it again. It was really not my day that I found this message on my phone screen: Phone start-up failed. Contact the retailer. :(

Usually if you access Google in Opera Mini you’ll be sent to the mobile homepage. This is inconvenience if you frequently use the cached feature when searching.

Solution: go to your Gmail inbox and do the search through the input box in the top of the page (of course you have to click the Search the web button). You’ll find a better result page ;).
